1. General

These Terms of Service govern the purchase of products from ByLucia through this website.
By placing an order, the customer confirms having read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Products

All products sold on this website are made to order.

Each piece is individually produced after the order is placed and crafted specifically for the customer.
Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in texture, finish, or color may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness and character of each piece.

3. Order Processing Time

Estimated production time is up to 10 business days.
This timeframe may vary depending on order volume or specific production requirements.
In case of any significant delay, the customer will be informed.

4. Prices and Taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€).

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination country and shown at checkout.
Final prices may vary depending on the applicable VAT rate.

5. Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (via WooPayments / Stripe)

  • PayPal

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
ByLucia does not store payment details.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to Spain and European Union countries.

For destinations outside the European Union, customers must contact us at info@bylucia.com before placing an order to receive a personalised shipping quote.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once the full shipping address is entered.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Compliance)

In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.

However, this right does not apply to ByLucia products, as all items are made to order and produced specifically according to the customer’s request.

This exemption is established under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes from the right of withdrawal goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

For this reason:

  • Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation, as production starts immediately.

Exception — Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify ByLucia within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

After assessment, an appropriate solution will be offered, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Claims submitted after this 48-hour period will not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, products, images, texts, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of ByLucia.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
