Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once the full shipping address is entered.

Made-to-order policy

All ByLucia products are made to order, meaning they are crafted specifically for each customer once an order is confirmed.

Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will assess the case and offer an appropriate solution.
