Products<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"859\">All products sold on this website are <strong data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"858\">made to order<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"1139\">Each piece is individually produced after the order is placed and crafted specifically for the customer.<br data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"968\" \/>Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in texture, finish, or color may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness and character of each piece.<\/p><p data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1174\"><em><strong>3. Order Processing Time<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"1176\" data-end=\"1388\">Estimated production time is <strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1231\">up to 10 business days<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1235\" \/>This timeframe may vary depending on order volume or specific production requirements.<br data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1324\" \/>In case of any significant delay, the customer will be informed.<\/p><p data-start=\"1395\" data-end=\"1418\"><em><strong>4. Shipping<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"1873\" data-end=\"1929\">We currently ship to Spain and European Union countries.<\/p><p data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2091\">For destinations outside the European Union, customers must contact us at <strong data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2025\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"mailto:info@bylucia.com\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2007\" data-end=\"2023\">info@bylucia.com<\/a><\/strong> before placing an order to receive a personalised shipping quote.<\/p><p data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2177\">Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once the full shipping address is entered.<\/p><p data-start=\"2184\" data-end=\"2236\"><em><strong>7. Right of Withdrawal &amp; Returns (EU Compliance)<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p data-start=\"2238\" data-end=\"2423\">In accordance with <strong data-start=\"2257\" data-end=\"2307\">European Union consumer protection regulations<\/strong>, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within <strong data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2399\">14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving the goods.<\/p><p data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2582\"><strong data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2483\">However, this right does not apply to ByLucia products<\/strong>, as all items are <strong data-start=\"2502\" data-end=\"2581\">made to order and produced specifically according to the customer\u2019s request<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2784\">This exemption is established under <strong data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2661\">Article 16(c) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/strong>, which excludes from the right of withdrawal goods that are made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalised.<\/p><p data-start=\"2786\" data-end=\"2802\">For this reason:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2973\"><li data-start=\"2804\" data-end=\"2890\"><p data-start=\"2806\" data-end=\"2890\"><strong data-start=\"2806\" data-end=\"2890\">Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.<\/strong><\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2891\" data-end=\"2973\"><p data-start=\"2893\" data-end=\"2973\">Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation, as production starts immediately.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2975\" data-end=\"3183\"><strong data-start=\"2975\" data-end=\"3017\">Exception \u2014 Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><br data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3020\" \/>If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify ByLucia within <strong data-start=\"3119\" data-end=\"3143\">48 hours of delivery<\/strong>, including clear photographic evidence.<\/p><p data-start=\"3185\" data-end=\"3325\">After assessment, an appropriate solution will be offered, which may include repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.<\/p><p data-start=\"3327\" data-end=\"3391\">Claims submitted after this 48-hour period will not be accepted.<\/p><p data-start=\"3398\" data-end=\"3426\"><em><strong>8.
